2. Services and Booking
2.1 CarFy Mallorca provides an online platform for booking cars through partner rental companies in Mallorca.
2.2 To confirm a booking, you must pay 20% of the rental cost online on our website. The remaining amount is paid directly when you pick up the car from the rental company.
2.3 After successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email.
2.4 You can cancel your booking free of charge no later than 48 hours before the rental start time. If cancelled later than 48 hours or in case of no-show, the 20% prepayment is non-refundable.
2.5 We reserve the right to refuse a booking or change the conditions in case of inaccurate information or other reasons.
3. Responsibility
3.1 Since CarFy Mallorca is an intermediary, all matters related to the use of the vehicle, technical condition, insurance, and liability are governed directly by the contract between the client and the rental company.
3.2 The renter agrees to comply with traffic rules, use the vehicle responsibly, and adhere to the terms of the contract with the rental company.
3.3 CarFy Mallorca is not responsible for the actions of rental companies or for any issues arising during the rental period.
4. Payment
4.1 The 20% online prepayment is required to confirm the booking.
4.2 The remaining amount is paid directly when receiving the car from the rental company.
4.3 All payments are made in the currency specified at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 You can cancel your booking free of charge no later than 48 hours before the rental start time.
5.2 If you cancel later than 48 hours or do not show up, the 20% prepayment is non-refundable.
5.3 Cancellation terms may also be subject to the policies of the respective rental company.
6. Use of the Website
6.1 Users agree not to use the website for illegal purposes or activities that may harm the operation of the site or the reputation of CarFy Mallorca.
6.2 We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites that may be linked on our site.
